The Chiropractor's Self-Help Back and Body Book: Your Complete Guide to Relieving Aches and Pains at Home and on the Job
Author: D.C. Samuel Homola
Most books on backache emphasize medication or surgery as cures. This practical guide suggests a
better approach for sufferers. Using self-healing techniques to relieve pain, distinguishing back
trouble from other problems, and protecting a weak back during sex or pregnancy are just a few
of the topics in this thorough handbook. Over 40 black-and-white illustrations are included.
Dr. Homola's latest book is expertly written, clear and concise, and is a wonderful reference self-help
book for people like me. The more of the book I read, the more I say to myself that the author is
talking to me, about me. I will seek out the self-help remedies described in this book when I have
aches and pains.
I started out reading at whim and then realized that I should read in chapter order, as I did in
school. As a result, the book is all highlighted in yellow and underlined in blue ink for quick
reference.
I especially liked Chapters 13 and 14. Dr. Homola was such a support and a great help to my
daughter when she was suffering with a herniated disc and sought his opinion and advice. It has now
been a year since her disc herniation, and she is doing fine.
I will certainly recommend this book to my friends. Dr. Homola has written some mighty fine books - and
now this one, which is one of the most useful I have read. (Excerpt From Customer Review)

Chiropractic Made Simple: Working With the Controlling Laws of Nature
Author: Dr. John Reizer
Chiropractic, and more specifically straight chiropractic, a separate philosophical segment within the
chiropractic profession, embraces and works with the natural healing capabilities of human physiology.
Because this profession has been able to think outside of the box and has ignored, to a large extent, the
no stress zone it has achieved phenomenal results with a countless number of patients over the years.
The information that I am about to reveal to you in this book, does not come with all of the usual
customary documentation. The information cannot always be found in traditional professional journals, but
instead has been uncovered innocently by my own experiences over time. Much of the information which
I have written about in this book is a product of my own personal opinions, compiled from my dealings
with patients in a private office setting.
I am not a voice which represents the official opinion of any chiropractic college or any other
alternative healthcare institution. I am not writing this material as a spokesperson for chiropractic or
for other chiropractors. Although I am sure that many alternative healthcare providers, including
chiropractors, may feel similarly, this project represents only my own theoretical conclusions
constructed from my own practice experience. -- Dr. John Reizer
